Privacy information should be clear, specific and connected to how the service actually works.

The final production privacy notice is awaiting approved legal wording and verified data-flow details.

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, enquiry topic and message are processed by BYOND and our email delivery provider, Resend, to send your enquiry to ian@byond.global and allow us to respond. The website does not store form entries in a database or log their contents. Enquiries are retained in the email delivery service and recipient mailbox in line with their configured retention settings.

Do not include health or other sensitive information in a website enquiry.
